When you send the quote form, you give us your name and phone number and, optionally, your email address, the property address and your message. We use that data only to answer your request and, if you give us the job, to carry out the work.

To send it we use Web3Forms (Web3Creative). They deliver your request as an email to our mailbox and act as a processor: they process your data on our behalf and store the submission temporarily on their servers. You can read more in the Web3Forms privacy policy.

If sending fails, we offer to send the request with your own email program. In that case the message goes straight from your device to us, with no intermediary.

We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties for commercial purposes. We keep your request for as long as needed to follow it up or carry out the job, and after that for as long as the law requires.

This website sets no advertising, analytics or profiling cookies. There are no visitor statistics, no advertising script and no tracker.

If you choose a language yourself, the website remembers that choice in a single functional cookie (taal), so the homepage shows you that language from then on. The cookie holds only the language code, is not shared and expires after a year. If you don't choose a language, the homepage shows the language your browser asks for when that is French or English — nothing is stored for that.

The website's own fonts are loaded from our own server, not through an external service. Our hosting provider Lovable does show a small label at the bottom right of every page (“Edit with Lovable”). For that label your browser loads a font from Lovable's servers (cdn.gpteng.co), which — as with any connection — passes on your IP address. That label sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Otherwise the website makes no connection with third parties by itself: that only happens when you send the quote form yourself or click a link to Google or Facebook.

The website is hosted by Lovable and delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare sets one technical cookie (__cf_bm) that protects the site against abuse by bots. That cookie is necessary for the security and proper working of the website, contains no personal information and is not used to track you. No consent is required for it.

As with any website, the server records the technical data needed to show the page, including your IP address.

You can always refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website keeps working as normal.

At the bottom of the website are links to our Google Business Profile and our Facebook page. They are ordinary links: nothing is embedded, and no data is shared with those parties until you click them yourself. On those pages the privacy policy of Google or Meta respectively applies.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing and to object. To do so, send an email to dhondtservice.ninove.001@outlook.com.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — dataprotectionauthority.be.

We update this statement when the website or the way we work changes. This version dates from 15 September 2026.
